  I went in today and received personalized guidance with setting up my new internet plan. Alexa and Ben were great help. Definitely recommend using Cox, and specifically this location.

  Perfect time to go because everyone welcomed me in and then Jerome T handled business. It’s only realized that such good help was right down the street I wouldn’t have messed around with the chat bot or the call center. Real people FTW!

  Went to turn in my modem because their service is garbage and their customer service is also sub par. They tried to charge me 50$ (monthly bill was 87$) due to "scheduled" maintenance (again) that they never tell you ahead of time or compensate you for. Who wants to pay top dollar for a service that gets selective shut down, sometimes for DAYS with zero warning? (87$ monthly for 1gbps) Now we have options in Wichita. The Cox monopoly is over. IdeaTek got me back in the game for 20$ cheaper per month with over double the speed and no data caps. Cox cuts you off at 100gb unless you pay extra on top of their exorbitant prices. Im NEVER going back. Plus IdeaTek is Kansas based.
