I then tried to take a picture of the device in question and one of employees got physical with me as evidenced by the motion blurr in the photo attached. Very unfortunate that cox policies encourages employees to feel as though they need to be physical with a customer during the termination of service. I will not name the employee involved as I believe the blame falls on cox and their policies not in the employee.

Any reaction I have had with her has been nothing but negative. Once she messed up on my bill payment and caused issues. She also lied to me recently about my phone part if my bill and my services and had an attitude. She is rude never seen her smile and its poor customer service. I will for now be asking for help from someone else when I come to this location. Besides Jen, this location has always been great to me and if I have questions they answer and help me out. Jen is the reason I didn't give 5 stars.
