- GIGenesis IriarteSep 24, 20261.0Bad service they cannot even place my ice orders in while spectrum is sending her notifications that she eligible for new phone..She paid up 4 phones with spectrum i guess those are the old employees from cox but now they merge with spectrum..Which we did call spectrum and now our phone is on the way ..So I’ll give yo guys a 1 star Better get new employees for the new store

We have been without internet for 2 weeks when i tried to tell them it looked like a mangled poll in the back they told me that work was finished and no one ever showed up! I work from home and have 4 kids that like to game and have fun as kids should! When i tried to call customer support its always someone who cannot speak english, the problems are endless. Then the best part is we were told we have to pay $100 for someone to come out just for them to not be able to do anything because its a darn poll issue not our issue, the poll isnt even on our property or else id fix it my heckin self!!!! They are probably gonna lose us and many more because of their lack of response to the damage of the storm! Sorry folks really steamed. I apologize for the length of this.
