  I only have Internet from cox, low income housing, every penny counts, I have a fire stick so I can stream movies, I am 73 and don't have much but love to watch movies. So even with just Internet I pay $70 a month, therefore I only expect to be able to watch TV whenever I want. Recently I have not been to watch anything and when I called I basically got "we have had several calls about this issue" so all I can say in this crazy world of technology, FIX it! If I have a business and can't provide the service I don't get paid, how about Cox, if you can't provide the service I pay for you should not get paid! Just sayin

  Had prepaid for internet and was told the router would ship. When they received shipment before even telling me they still didn’t have my router they tried asking for my social and was going to run my credit without even telling me why, just to try and get me on another plan. Wouldn’t give me a refund for the service I had paid for but wasn’t able to receive. They aren’t there to help you at all and just want to force terrible plans on you.

  Cox has raised prices again. They do this all the time so I never know how much I'll be paying from one month to the next. Cox people say it's not them doing it. Nevertheless it's still done by them.
