- TTThad ThurstonJun 1, 20261.0One star is probably being very generous. Extremely poor costumer service. Chat line was left open then a survey was given with no attempt to speak to costumer. Tech was to come to residence twice they did not show up. Nobody at Gateway appear to consider the schedule of costumers. No reason for why the tech didn’t make time slot. The. 8 am slot was not made because they were working on finishing a previous job from the day before- think they could have alerted the costumer the night before???? I would stay away from this as an internet option

He has one hell of a good attitude and doesn't mind at all when I ask him how things work. 10 outta 10, I would recommend this man to hook up your wifi. Great experience all around.

Here recently due to a lightning storm, our modem went out. Our Technician arrived promptly and addressed the problem, Getting us all taken care of. Trevor was super friendly and professional. If you are looking for an internet Provider I highly recommend Gateway fiber that's a local company that has kept us going for years!!!!!
