- LBLaura BJul 28, 20261.0I had them for 5 years and seemed fine. Tried to get them again and was a whole week of horrible experiences. First, I had to call to get an issue resolved and the agent's background noise was louder than him and I tried 20 mins to understand him but I had to hang up and try again. Second agent I talked to I had gotten all the way to paying my bill before they tell me it's an EXTRA $8 charge to pay my bill with a live agent. Um no thanks. Third, they sent me a service summary with the wrong address so I had to get on the phone again with them and they admitted that it just happens sometimes. And then the last straw, they came out for the installation to tell me they needed a written letter from my landlord to approve of any services to the house and then left EVEN THOUGH they didn't need to do anything but install cables. And this is after I already paid for their services which I am waiting on a refund for more because you couldn't pay me to deal with them again.

I got their internet and it only took me 2 months of spotty service bad customer service and the technician telling me oh well that's just how the service is you have to get used to it for me to change service. I will tell anyone I know not to get their internet. It's terrible.
