- MMMadeline MillerOct 6, 20261.0Not friendly environment
- HRHannah RockAug 10, 20261.0Probably the worst internet I have ever had in my entire life. I have had some poor internet providers in the past, but this is by far the worst. It is so poor, that I can not even connect to a minecraft server. If you can help, go for someone else.
- MTMike TilsonJul 15, 20265.0Your company just put in your internet in the Ceder Estates in Milford with no warning not asking if we wanted it and then proceed to put your pedestal in our front yard all other utilities come in from the back of the house witch makes no sense a lot of nice yards got torn up people worked really hard to get them that way. So please don't come to my house for your services
- TDTiffany DortchJun 26, 20265.0Great customer service
- MBM BJun 19, 20265.0Had a wonderful and easy experience returning my wifi box after cancelling my service due to a move. The team members were all friendly and the return took minutes! As far as Cox Internet, it’s fairly reliable but maybe not the greatest in town.
