- MBM BJun 19, 20265.0Had a wonderful and easy experience returning my wifi box after cancelling my service due to a move. The team members were all friendly and the return took minutes! As far as Cox Internet, it’s fairly reliable but maybe not the greatest in town.
- AAAmyJun 10, 20261.0In the recent storm our cable line was completely ripped from the cable box on the power pole. Nowhere on their app does it allow you to let them know of an issue like this. They kept telling us our internet was fine but we didn't even have a cable connected to the box. My husband called in and talked to a guy who still kept telling us that the service was okay. Then he tried to upsell us on a different internet package. I tried using their chat and it took forever to even get responses from the person they connected me too. They weren't even reading my responses. I finally just disconnected the chat. My husband finally had to go into their office to let them know about our damaged cable outside. It is ridiculous that their app doesn't have the ability to report an outage due to damaged cable outside. Worst service ever. As soon as WTC moves into the Manhattan area we are switching our cable to them. Cox used to be one of the best but this is unbelievably disappointing. And their technicians won't even be out for a week. Yet I'm sure we'll have to continue to pay for service that we don't even have for the entire time.
