They found the hiccup on the billing and ended up refunding me money. Thanks for valuing my business as a good customer. My service ( 1 gig) wasn’t the greatest service but for the price it was ok in Hays Ks. I canceled my service on May 18th and was billed for the whole month of June. Plus I had a 3 year price guarantee. They cancelled that and charged me 107 for the last month.

He came in and checked everything and made sure my cable was up and working and gave me several ideas in case it went out again. Meaning he's showing me how to get the cable to come back on by disconnecting and reconnecting certain cables. I was very happy with my experience

They proceeded to charge me service for 3 months after and a cancellation fee even though my agreement says no cancellation fee if I sell the building. Spent numerous calls and hours on the phone for them to say they would take care of it. Then today get a collections letter for the amount. Horrible Horrible company and customer service
