  Cox does not care about if their drivers drive recklessly. A cox van pulled out in front of me, like I was right next to the van when the driver decided to pull out of his parking space start driving, cutting me off. I honked my horn and he just kept driving, so I had to slam on my brakes to avoid an accident. I spent way too much time trying to figure out how to report it. When you go to their website, an AI chat box comes up and if you don’t word that you want to report something a certain way, it tells you they can’t direct you to someone. I legit had to use AI to figure out how to report and get the chat box to direct me to an actual person. And when I finally got a hold of someone all he told me was to go to the local store. Obviously if they make it that difficult to report and don’t allow you to send or email dash cam footage they do not care. That guy could’ve hit me and that would’ve been on the company so I can’t imagine why they would not want to make it so people can easily report a reckless driver to avoid liability
