- RURay Uhrich6 days ago1.0Doesn't provide the service you pay for. We're at one full week of inconsistent packet loss, unusable connection. Still expects full payment. I've had many unreliable ISPs, but this is the worst. Go with a different company. If I don't do my job, I don't get paid. If I only show up when I feel like it, I get fired. Not ISPs though, they can claim 1gig service and only provide ~300Mbps via Ethernet (~60Mbps wifi-on the 1gig plan) and still get paid. They can just fail to keep you connected, but collect full payment. Garbage.

- BWBrandon whartonSep 15, 20261.0the internet from vyve is horrible, i pay $75 a month jut for internet that is supposedly the best they have, if you do not something plugged in your internet will just randomly turn off which is very frustrating, do i need to have a ethernet cable plugged in to everything to use it? if its not plugged into my computer i cant get shit done because the internet randomly shuts off, mind you my router and modem are no more then 2 feet away from my computer! horrible shit service for what i am told is the best internet they have.

- JBjared bachrachSep 2, 20261.0You cannot cancel service over the phone, you have to go to the local office in person at Fort Riley. I told the service representative on the phone that I had not rented any equipment and therefore why do I have to cancel service in person since I have nothing to turn in and she just repeated that I had to go in person. That is a violation of there own policy.
