  This service rarely if ever fully works. I had a service guy out and he just rewired the connectors. My internet blinks off and on MULIPLE TIMES each day. I have ordered Starlink. I hope it will be WAY BETTER than Vyve...but anything would be better than this! I could buy two years of an alternative service if i the time I've not had service. Dixie Flynn

  When I left in Atchison, I said your student I had got their services Internet and cable and I returning everything when I moved out back home with my family in 2022/2023 another claiming that a piece of the equipment was stolen out when I deep put everything in the box and mail it to them as they say because I was already leaving and now they send it they sent a claim to collection asking me to pay money when I clearly sent every piece of equipment on the mail and I’m assuming that it is not my fault that everything I lost or part of the equipment got lost so I will not recommend this place at all

  This company is an absolute joke they talked us in to staying with them for a manager special price and did not want to honor it and then try to say that we owe double what our initial bill would be customer service is very unprofessional I would not recommend this company to not a single person!!! Keep our 95 dollars 🤬

  I have been using Vyve for Wi-Fi over two years. I've had very good luck with them and customer service has always been great. I use an antenna and have no issues.
