  After my previous internet provider unexpectedly shut off my service without any fault on my end, I was left scrambling since I work remotely and rely heavily on a stable connection for my job. I called Fort Dodge Fiber right at 8 AM hoping to get on the schedule, but installations were already booking into the following week. After explaining my situation, Kaye immediately went above and beyond by reaching out to her technicians to see if there was any way they could help sooner. She stayed responsive throughout the process, and by 9:30 AM the same day, a technician was already at my house completing a new install. The customer service, communication, and willingness to help in a stressful situation were outstanding. Huge thank you to Kaye and the team at Fort Dodge Fiber for making this happen so quickly!

  Honestly Fort Dodge Fiber is the best ISP, hands down. It is a better value then any other service, 100% uptime for months on end. 5.3gbit symmetrical (higher then advertised). Bottom line, if internet reliability is important to you, or if upstream bandwidth is job critical, Fort Dodge Fiber is the solution.

  Not really impressed with FD FIBER at all. Service has been interrupted multiple times and tech support doesn’t seem to know how to address the outage problem. I depend off of WiFi services to conduct business and I have been left in the dark too much in the last few weeks.

  So glad to get Fort Dodge Fiber. Have had zero problems and the tech was very helpful setting it up. When I had mediacom it went out at least 2-3 times a week. Thank you Rachel and Hosea for taking care of us!!
