  After my previous internet provider unexpectedly shut off my service without any fault on my end, I was left scrambling since I work remotely and rely heavily on a stable connection for my job. I called Fort Dodge Fiber right at 8 AM hoping to get on the schedule, but installations were already booking into the following week. After explaining my situation, Kaye immediately went above and beyond by reaching out to her technicians to see if there was any way they could help sooner. She stayed responsive throughout the process, and by 9:30 AM the same day, a technician was already at my house completing a new install. The customer service, communication, and willingness to help in a stressful situation were outstanding. Huge thank you to Kaye and the team at Fort Dodge Fiber for making this happen so quickly!

  Install was professionally done. Set up was a breeze as they were able to use my existing network and password. Devices hooked up easily

  Fort Dodge fiber has been amazing! I had some technical difficulties getting everything set up. (I have ZERO tech skills). I called the office and within a few hours, Jeremy came by my house got everything connected in a few minutes. My Internet speeds are ridiculously fast! I’m saving $30 a month and getting way better service. Make the switch!

  Not very happy we got told when they came to hook up that our bill was due next month. No problem come to find out they shut it off today we haven’t even had it for 2 weeks yet. We will be switching back to our old company. Also they are not willing to turn it back on just for a week as I didn’t budget in this bill as it wasn’t due tell next month. The app even tells them it’s not due tell next month very disappointing.
