- DDDexter Davistoday1.0Came in today to discuss why my bill was over charged and Frank who was either store associate or store manager was very condescending when explaining why my bill was overcharged. He even had the female associate frustrated with the way he was explaining it. Now if I bought a phone in July and the bill was skipped in August why not catch up in September when it it shows a payment came out but two months later then another charge on top of the October charge. It takes two months for a bill to catch up? Impossible! Bills are on a rotating status every 30 days no matter what bill you pay even if it's a vehicle, house, insurance and this guy Frank says I am comparing oranges to apples. Horrible customer service from this guy and I was even going to get my baby another phone but this character blew a sale over being wrong.

- SCS M CSep 17, 20261.0Spectrum lies just as much as Cox did. Promising existing customers with lower rates deals and then backpedaling stating they can't offer anything that won't increase your bill. Find a different provider!
- JMJulia MathewsSep 9, 20265.0Jay was very patient with me today and did exactly as I wanted and hopefully the new modem helps. Otherwise Jay was super nice and patient and personable. I had to go pick up my kids in the middle of our visit and he was very by the book as far as not being in the home without someone 18+. I love the professionalism!
