- MBMary BrownJul 9, 20264.0I gave 4 stars because sometimes the equipment over heats and gets laggy here and there but I love the pod and panoramic wifi. I can see everything on every device even my Roku cameras. Tells me the ip address and blocks instantly. For cable wifi this is pretty astounding wifi. I think I've been with Cox for 3 years again now? I'm pretty content. I never have to contact customer service so that's a plus. I can't recall having an outage. I'm able to play on two different consoles, while watching TV and downloading uploading music and YouTube videos. I will continue with Cox for the next couple years.
