  First time visiting. Had a great time with family. Great service. Glad to see TV screens everywhere. Was able to bowl and enjoy football. Thank you 😊

  Horrible customer service. We waited over an hour and 30 minutes for a pizza that cost $28.97. Every time we asked about it, we got a different excuse: “it’s coming,” “it’s in the oven,” or “it hasn’t even been made yet.” Super disappointing experience. It was not busy at all, so I’m not understanding.

  My family and I went to the Bowlero in Fredericksburg, VA. for my son's birthday. He's special needs and really loves to bowl. From the moment we walked in, it seemed like the manager didn't want to be there and didn't want to deal with people. The rest of his staff was pretty nice. We had issues with the bumper constantly falling and the manager would literally roll his eyes and either take forever to come fix it or we'd have to go back and ask someone else to help. Part of my son's party package included a bowling pin. WE NEVER GOT IT! When we went over the play the arcades, some of the games were down and we had to go over and tell the front desk that the game took the credit but isn't working. It's already a small arcade, so about half the games were either not working or completely off. The big claw machine was displaying items that weren't even an option to win. The prize section is a joke. There were not many options for higher tickets. We were told you can't combine your credits....or tickets on your cards. My son wanted the headphones in the prize area....most of the people who came were trying to give him their tickets just so he could get the headphones and we were told no. The machine that dispenses the prizes was a nightmare. We had 13 cards to scan and had to do it all individually, because again, we couldn't combine cards. Any time I asked the manager any questions, he gave me attitude. He seemed very rude. Since we couldn't combine tickets we were going to buy more credits but were told we couldn't add credits onto birthday package cards....that seems ridiculous to me. They wanted to charge us for additional cards, which would also be separate tickets, that we couldn't combine, negating the whole reason for wanting to add more credits to the card in the first place. Because we couldn't combine, it took us about 45 min to actually scan and select prizes. After waiting in line for other parties to get their prizes (only 1 prize machine), we ended up at the prize machine far longer than we were there to even play the games. I tried to get this all resolved quietly and have been emailing Lucky Strike Entertainment since my son's birthday in August. I was told someone from management would be reaching out to me to help fix my issues. NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS CONTACTED ME!! I have sent out several emails and always the same response, a manager will reach out to you to make things right. I sent my last email, other than the one today, on Sept 25th. Still no email or call. We still have not even gotten our son's bowling pin that we paid for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
