Went on new years for the new years event. Our server kiti was not that good at all. We brought drink tickets and asked about the drinks she said she would be back to take our drink order. It took her over half an hour to return to us so I we went to the bar ourselves. Service was below par for all the money we spent. Also the lanes keep having issues and we would have to get someone to fix it multiple times.

I’ve been coming to this Bowlero for years, but tonight was the rudest and most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced. We had a group that only wanted two lanes. After watching 13 different lanes clear out, I noticed not a single person behind the register was checking to see which lanes were free, even though half the house was empty and tables were sitting uncleaned. When I asked for an update, I was told 'I don't know.' I spoke with a person named Phillip who claimed to be the manager (then changed it to assistant manager). When I asked for a number for corporate or upper management to voice my concerns about the lack of organization, he literally laughed in my face and told me he was 'as high of a person' as he was going to let me speak to. To make matters worse, after I asked to be put on the waitlist, he told me, 'I think it's best we don't allow you to bowl here,' and claimed I was 'harassing' them just for pointing out which customers had left. It is clear there is zero leadership or order at this location. Truly a disappointing way to treat a long-term customer. I will be filing a denial of service complaint with the corporate office . Please have the actual manager reach out at their soonest convince to obtain the recording of the entire interaction from start to finish .

We had a reservation for 5pm. There was only one person handling checkins and payments contributing to us finally bowling about half an hr later; while two others dealt with spraying the returned sneakers. Our time was for 2 hrs and my brother in law ordered nachos at the concession stand and i ordered the appetizer sampler from my phone using the QR code on the menu. We are now an hr and some minutes into the games and our food still had not came. The table behind us came about an hr into our games and they received their food before we did. We finally received our food about some 25 mins before our time was up. Besides all that, place and bathrooms were clean and friendly workers. Also, baby changing tables in the bathrooms would be nice. The Bowleros in NY have them.

We were looking for something fun to do for New Years and decided to give Bowlero Fredericksburg a try. My expectations were not high as I knew it was going to be super busy all day and my reservations were for 9pm. There were seven people in my party. When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by a manager with a clipboard and he directed me to my lanes, if I recall correctly, we were on lane 48 and 49. Super-fast and the manager was super friendly. When we got to our lanes, I couldn't believe they were set up and ready for us. It almost seemed like the lanes had just been oiled too which was crazy! We had two servers that were there to take care of us and to be honest, it blew me away. We were treated like royalty! I wish I could remember everyone's names. I would have liked to give a shout out for their outstanding service. At the end of the day the management was fantastic, the staff were fantastic and the food was quick and hot. Everyone in my party had lots of fun and we have already agreed we want to do it again next year. Thank you, Bowlero and Staff, you made our night awesome!

Bowlero Fredericksburg isn't about family bowling....its about taking your money and when you ask questions they love to point fingers at the higher ups...cause they know higher ups don't care about a post or a bad phone call...all they want is your money. League bowlers are treated badly cause they believe open bowling is where its at..again steal your money...there are 2 managers there that really try to help you and make you feel like they are glad you came in...just today we wanted to practice cause leagues start back up next week but they want to charge league bowlers the regular $12 dollars a game and when we called Dale City Bowlero they are back to normal pricing...2 bowlero's different policies. This is not a rant...this is a everyday thing at bowlero Fredericksburg.
