- JMJohnathan MaksantySep 28, 20265.0This place always rocks! They’ve got so much inventory and so much good stuff in there it’s crazy. I walked in there on a whim hoping they had my size in my favorite boots and sure enough they did! SOLD!
- MRMichael RawlingsSep 27, 20265.0Excellent! Kuhl was late delivering pants I needed for an extended trip, and neither our southern VA REI stores nor the Potomac Mills store didn't have the items or suitable alternatives in stock. This REI did, but I needed to get to Dilles for a flight and had only a few minutes and phoned ahead. Although it was a busy Sunday afternoon, the staff graciously pulled my needed items along with a couple of other potential items in my size and had them waiting when I arrived. In and out in 10 minutes! Thank you!
- ADAnthony DhanagomSep 3, 20265.0Went to check out the Labor Day sale and peruse the shoe section. I settled on a pair of hiking shoes that to my understanding were for sale. Went to go check out but got charged for full price. After some confusion/misunderstanding, the manager Mark was very amiable and willing to amend the situation! Great customer service! Staff made sure that you were well taken care of.
