  I had taken my bike to Conte's for a repair. They had it for almost a month and did not repair it correctly. I then took it to the Trek shop and they fixed the issues in a day. Not difficult to tell who knows what they're doing here.

  While shopping for a new e-bike, we stopped in Trek Bicycle Williamsburg. We were greeted by Henry who listened to the different things we were looking for and introduced us to a couple of bikes we had not considered before. He was a wealth of knowledge and easy to talk to. He encouraged us to test ride and confidently answered all of our questions. We will definitely be asking for him when we make our final decision and return!

  Best customer service. Became a customer after breaking down and Dave not only helped us but showed us how to fix a flat in the future without ever needing to sell his brand

  I had the pleasure of working with multiple representatives from the store but today really stood out. Amazing service with a smile and explaining all the details with Ash (he is sooo helpful and genuine) and Resse was very helpful and kind. So far please with my new purchase and the service

  Reese is an incredible technician and provides top notch customer service. My son consistently beats his bike up with aggressive riding on jumps, drops and technical features and the Trek staff, especially Reese always take care of us with finding the best deals and quickly getting the bike back into riding condition. Can’t say enough how much we appreciate this store, highly recommend Trek Williamsburg for all your biking needs.
