Was visiting from NJ and came in on Saturday with a flat tire on my road bike. The staff was super helpful in figuring out whether to just replace the tube or move forward with replacing my old tires as well. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and even stopped what they were doing to put the new tires on my bike right then and there so I could make an afternoon ride. Would highly recommend!

I had taken my bike to Conte's for a repair. They had it for almost a month and did not repair it correctly. I then took it to the Trek shop and they fixed the issues in a day. Not difficult to tell who knows what they're doing here.

While shopping for a new e-bike, we stopped in Trek Bicycle Williamsburg. We were greeted by Henry who listened to the different things we were looking for and introduced us to a couple of bikes we had not considered before. He was a wealth of knowledge and easy to talk to. He encouraged us to test ride and confidently answered all of our questions. We will definitely be asking for him when we make our final decision and return!
