  Reese is an incredible technician and provides top notch customer service. My son consistently beats his bike up with aggressive riding on jumps, drops and technical features and the Trek staff, especially Reese always take care of us with finding the best deals and quickly getting the bike back into riding condition. Can’t say enough how much we appreciate this store, highly recommend Trek Williamsburg for all your biking needs.

  Purchased a Trek FX 2 mid-step. Love the bike!!! The staff not only were very helpful in getting me on this bike and transferring gear from my old bike to it, but there was even a care for the health and well being of why I was trying to purchase a bike and I loved that. I would highly recommend in this shop, if you're looking to purchase a bike. And you might want to purchase one soon.

  Great experience at the local Trek Store in Williamsburg VA! They've been nothing but helpful, even loaning me parts in order to try a new stem length on my Trek Fuel EX. Great advice from Reese, Dave, and the rest. Really appreciate them and I will be back.

  Fantastic service here! Came in on a cross country bike tour looking for some new spare parts and a quick look over my drivetrain. As it turns out I was miles away from major issues! Not only did they set me up with a new chainring, cassette, and chain (along with the spares I came in for) but Reese serviced it on the spot and gave me a huge deal. If you need help these guys got your back!
