- CMCarlos MartinezJul 18, 20261.0I have visited Trek before and have always had good service at the Fairfax & Vienna locations. My visit today with Jay at the Trek @ Springfield was the worst experience I have ever had. From the beginning he had a rude demeanor and was unpleasant. I noticed he was bleeding from his arm and informed him. He simply used his hand to wipe away the copious amount of blood and proceeded to touch the computer and everything else around him without properly cleaning his hands. I was completing a return and he aggressively asked me why I couldn’t go to the same store I bought it from. I informed him that his store was closer to me and he made an annoyed face. He then proceeded to grab my receipt and filled the receipt with bloody finger prints from his unwashed hands. This is by far the worst experience I have had anywhere and the most unhygienic person I have encountered at Trek establishments. I hope he gets retrained and is informed on the seriousness of proper hygiene and customer care.
