After waiting, I called to check on the status and was told that the required part had not arrived and that it would take another 3 days. I understand that parts can sometimes be delayed, but what was most disappointing was the attitude and tone of the employee. when I asked about the delay.. I was essentially told, “If you don’t like it, you can come pick it up,” in a very dismissive and unfriendly tone. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they are simply asking for an update on a service. Delays happen, but good communication and professional customer service should not. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the customer experience.
