  My daughter and I were immediately greeted upon entering and directed to Dan in the repair area. Dan was phenomenal. He was kind, patient and made a couple of quick repairs to my daughter’s bike while we waited. She picked out a cool bike bell in the store and Dan was able to mount it on the bike for her. This was our first visit to the shop but it will not be our last. Thanks to Dan and the rest of the team!

  We were making the “trek” to Virginia Beach to enjoy First Landing State Park. Only to see our wheel had lost its bolt and nut, we thought all was lost for the day. But, the Trek store on Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, knew how important beautiful days with the family are and made our plans happen. Thank you everybody. I was so touched by your positive energy .
