- MOMichelle O'Brien4 days ago1.0Staff can’t tell you anything about their own products, unhelpful, and hard to even find in the store. I was ready to spend $300+, and their lack of customer service made me put the merchandise back & walk out without buying anything. Patagonia stores are a million times better. Don’t waste your time here.

- WWWheelerSep 6, 20263.0I buy a lot of stuff at REI and I would recommend most of it but I am here today to warn you to never buy or Wright Socks. I bought two pairs at the same time I bought a pair of darn tough and a pair of smart wool and the darn tough and smart little socks are still like new and the rights already have giant holes in them and I wear them equally. It's hard to believe they sell for the same price as the good socks.
- JPJohn PAug 27, 20265.0My experience with REI has even great. The bike shop has had an excellent standard of service, I got a great deal on my bike from them, and the shop manager has gone out of his way to save me money and keep my bike going. On top of the service everyone has always been positive and approachable. It’s rare for a retail operation of this size to have this type atmosphere as well as this type of service. Edit: I’m going to leave an edit each time the knock it out of the park. I don’t want to spend to too much space on the details but these guys are great.
