  Can’t say enough good things about the service manager Darien Gable. Went inside with a messed up wheel and fixed it up right away far beyond my expectations given the short time he completed it. Even with such a service he cut me some slack. Very professional and knows what he is doing. If you ever need anything done on your bike don’t be hesitant to leave it in Darien’s hands he will get the job done. All while being respectful and kind, great guy

  Two years ago, I moved to Northern Virginia and discovered the Trek Bicycle Vienna location. Since then, I’ve purchased a new bicycle from them and have continued to bring my other bikes there for service. The staff is always extremely friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and their service department is phenomenal. On several occasions, I’ve brought a bike in expecting that I would need to leave it for repairs, only to have the service team diagnose the issue and have everything fixed and ready to go within 30 minutes. The combination of outstanding customer service, knowledgeable staff, and exceptional service keeps me coming back. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Vienna to anyone looking to purchase a bike or needing reliable, professional bicycle service.
