  We’ve been coming here pretty regularly and always have a good time. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but Ace deserves a special shoutout — she always takes great care of us at the bar and makes us feel welcome every time we come in. Great staff, fun atmosphere, and definitely somewhere we’ll keep coming back to!

  The ladies there are fantastic!!! Sarah, Ace and there’s a new lady there as well: the keep a smile on my face not to mention that they are all warm and welcoming!!!! Got to keep them around!!!!!!

  Everyone is friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely seems to care about making sure people have a good time. Ace always takes great care of us at the bar, Al keeps everything running smoothly, Michael does an awesome job keeping the lanes and equipment in shape, and the rest of the staff is just as helpful and personable. It’s rare to find a place where the whole team consistently makes you feel welcome, but they absolutely do here. Great atmosphere, great people, and a big reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend!

  I come here all the time and the service is always great. The staff is super friendly and remember my name. Ace is a terrific bartender and Sarah is a stellar server

  By far my favorite location in the Richmond area. The staff, both floor and managers, are great and will go out their way to correct any issues. Ace and Sarah are incredibly friendly and will make sure you have a good time. Aside from great service, Bowlero also has great deals including the Summer Pass which is a steal of a deal!
