- JRJudy RogersSep 1, 20265.0My Golftec experience has been nothing short of amazing, and for reasons I did not expect. I wanted to be more consistent with my long game, and I have gotten a new swing, a lot of length, but most importantly a good understanding of how each change would impact the end result. What I have, in addition to new swing mechanics, is more confidence AND improved performance. Another unexpected plus, is the ability to look at my lessons on video with Tripp's recommended drills. So, on the weeks that the range is not an option, I can practice at home!
- DPDavid PlowmanAug 17, 20265.0I can tell a difference after my eval on my swing. Britt is a great instructor.
- JSJon SlaunwhiteJul 8, 20265.0I have been going to GolfTec for about 2.5 years now. It is hard to put into words how much my understanding of the golf swing has changed in that time. I am hitting the ball further, hitting more fairways and greens and enjoying the game more than I ever have. GolfTec is the best investment that I have ever made!!
- MAMatthew AdamsJul 8, 20265.0Tripp has been wonderful shot lowest scores this year thanks to Golftec.
- PHPreston HarringtonJul 8, 20265.0Highly recommend booking with Tripp. He's got me playing a longer, more consistent driver shot that I haven't been able to access EVER. Hitting a lot more fairways which is really starting to help my hcp. Took him just three weeks to fix one of the worst parts of my game and I'd tried many things over the last few years.
Frequently Asked Questions About GOLFTEC Midlothian
Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing. Clubs fit and built to your unique swing DNA will lead to greater consistency, distance, and confidence on the golf course.
