- NYNico YlardeJun 21, 20261.0The manager or the one that was in charge of the place given my friends and I a hard time and I didn’t appreciate it that well. They were pretty rude to us when we walked in and I just felt like the welcome was and the hospitality would’ve been better.

It’s the middle of June and their AC is not working, since hubby and I are managing our date within a limited timeframe (babysitter), we decided to just stay and play anyways. I brought in my iced soda and was then informed that no outside drinks were allowed in. Under normal circumstances I would never in a million years ask for an exception, but since the AC was out and we were already sweating, I asked the manager if I could please keep my drink. She gave me a harsh look and her response was a sharp “no”. No apologies for the inconvenience or the broken air conditioning. She was so short and rude that it made me feel uncomfortable even staying to finish our game. We would have loved to love this place, since it’s so close to our babysitter, but it will have to be a hard “no” for us.
