- FUFrancisco UrrutiaAug 20, 20265.0Exceptional service it's First time here ever I brought my trek madone here because I went to two other REI locations and they were busy and not taking more bikes so I came here and they helped me on the spot! The guys at the bicycle shop are awesome and the female attendant that helped me first is very efficient and fast to help you. I got the bike back today they finished several days earlier thant he actual date they had given me they got it running like new and cleaned it up and got it all pristine looking they ho way above and beyond I really really enjoyed my experience here thank you guys very much!

The employee was super helpful, approachable, and patient as I tried on different options. The customer service at Tysons is much better to the REI in DC where they didn't even measure me

My initial impression was that the store looked more shabby in location and outside appearance than I expected from an REI. But inside was nice and the staff was kind, helpful,and respectful despite being busy. We were able to find the right bike and get set up at a good price. I will using REI cooperative again.
