I’ve been working with them for many years and have been blown away at how effortlessly they take care of all my bicycle repair needs. I highly recommend the REI co-op kid bike program. We bought and sold quite a few bikes over the years as my kids got older (and bigger). My NPS score is a 10 without hesitation.
