  Huge thanks to Keith Baker, the Service Manager, and the entire team. I’m currently touring the country by bicycle and stopped in because I was worried my bike might need major work. Keith took great care of me, got me back on the road, and made the whole experience stress-free. What really stood out was when he told me that if I ended up stuck waiting on parts, they would’ve helped me find a couch to sleep on. That’s the kind of kindness you don’t forget when you’re traveling alone. Thank you for keeping this adventure rolling!

  I love this REI in general, but I wanted to give a little shoutout to Steve in the bike shop for being so helpful and kind while helping me find my dream bike. I am so excited for my new bike and wanted to thank him again for all his help :)

  The customer service was outstanding. I wish they weren't getting rid of the rope by the foot service, but I enjoyed the experience.
