  Staff seems very knowledgeable and competent, gave a thorough evaluation and completed the work on time. It was more expensive than I was expecting getting two bikes road worthy, but they were looking out for my safety and didn't want to do a half baked job. The bikes looked beautiful when we picked them up and felt well cared for.

  I just recently bought a used trek bike on marketplace. I stopped in here and I was welcomed and even offered a look over of my bike. I asked a few questions and he was so very helpful and courteous! Bought new grips and he attached them for me for free! Will definitely return to this shop thank you!

  Beautiful bike shop in Fredericksburg with the nicest, most knowledgeable staff (Matt, Gary, Fredi & Spencer ROCK!!) From assisting with choice of bike with relevant questions to hone in, going over maintenance, cutting my bars & knowledge of the trails in the area really makes Trek Fredericksburg a stand out shop from local but also wider area options. Watching these dudes work with other customers of all tracks is a super cool experience; highlighting their patience, kindness, knowledge and the family vibe given! The shop itself holds soooo many treasures and dreams in its clean, well stocked with vast configurations and gear all while being well organized! Thank you guys! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (I love my bike!!)

  They provided exceptional service, assisting my wife and me with test rides and the subsequent purchase of two bicycles and a bike rack. They professionally installed the rack on my vehicle's hitch and provided a comprehensive, step-by-step demonstration of its operation.

  Purchased a bike for my daughter. Matt was so helpful and allowed space for family discussion and decisions. Picked up the bike the next day and the staff was immediately assisting with every question we had about the bike without judgement. Everyone was friendly, professional and educated about their products. We appreciate the good experience!
