  Called ahead to check if they had a specific bike product. The man on the phone said they had it. We specified that it said sold out online and we would drive over 30 minutes to get there. He promised they had it. We drove over and they did not have it. We talked to the same guy we had spoken to on the phone (tall white man in the bike dept) and he shrugged it off.

  Always professional with a reliable service in case you need to return. Good quality goods, sometimes prices are a bit high, but if you enroll (for free), you qualify for annual cash back, so prices become lower than average. Last time I purchased on line and picked up here really quickly.
