We have come here often as a team and spend good money with this bowling alley. Tonight we came to bowl, and no server came to us. They acted as if we were not there. We had to order from the kiosk to get any service, and even then, they wouldn’t bring all of our order. I’ve never seen it this run down when it comes to service. The manager lady was as rude as can be…she seemed overwhelmed and unable to give a care to good service. Again, unusual for this location. She couldn’t figure out her own machines and when I asked a simple question, she hit me with the “I’m the manager so if I can’t, they can’t” answer with as much attitude as possible. All that were with me were shocked at how she handled it. So, our business will not be coming back, even though this was a favorite. We will go to another location and give them our money. So unfortunate, but sometimes businesses make it easy to leave.

We had fun with our family. Food, drinks and atmosphere was exciting. They stay open late and were friendly.

We had a family gathering and celebrated one of my girls birthdays here and had an EXCEPTIONAL PARTY 🎉. The service was amazing!

Far and away the worst bowling alley I’ve ever been to. For one, I waited 15 minutes in line. There was one person in front of me. Bad service every time I come. Then we get to the actual game. The lanes oil distribution is AWFUL. IF YOU PLAN ON HOOKING THEN DO NOT COME HERE. Not to mention the balls are awful. The holes are either huge or way too small. I hate that this is the closest bowling alley to me because it genuinely ruins my day when I go here, but I enjoy bowling so I still do. Wish I didn’t get the summer pass.

I'm sure this bowling alley is fine if you are 6 years old and attending a classmates birthday party, however if you are interested in bowling it is terrible. I've bowled at Centreville Lucky strike a half-dozen times and every time i leave i promise myself to never return. Unfortunately it is the closet bowling alley to my house and i inevitably return. Today the lanes were so dry they were pulling oil out of my ball. Even throwing a plastic ball with almost no hook it would end up in the left gutter. I finally got a strike when i stood on the next lane over and threw the ball 50 feet down the lane. These conditions are terrible and the owners should be embarrassed to advertise this as an actual bowling alley. It is just an arcade where hacks can go on first dates with chicks or moms can gather children for birthdays. Oh and this alley charges more than any alley in a 50 mile radius and is the worst by far. I'm never going back..... and this time I mean it.
