The worst lane conditions in NoVA. They no longer give a crap about real bowlers and know they can get away with trash lanes with string pins for the average Joe. This place was once great, the fall from grace is super disappointing.

Yesterday, we had a work women’s event at Lucky Strike Centreville. Everyone kept saying how great of a time they had. We got catering and the food was delicious (particularly the pizzas!). Additionally, the staff were incredible. Xavier and Michael were our go-to hosts and consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was going well, and the managers were also super helpful and accommodating. Yannick was the manager who greeted us and made sure we were set up right for our team, as well as helping us (the event coordinators) enjoy ourselves too :) I would highly recommend this place for any bowling occasion.

Been coming to this location for over a decade, and I am not someone who typically leaves reviews. However, the experience my party of seven had this time was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The manager on duty, Chris, spoke to me in a manner that I found disrespectful and completely unprofessional. I immediately addressed his tone and reminded him that we were in a place of business and that I was a customer. Regardless of the circumstances, I believe customers should always be treated with professionalism and respect. I am requesting that the owner or corporate office review this situation and contact me regarding my experience. I have already sent an email containing my contact information and a detailed account of what occurred. After being a loyal customer for more than a decade, I believe this situation deserves to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.er a decade.

My party of 7 spent over $600 during our visit, and unfortunately, our experience with manager Chris was extremely disappointing. The way he spoke to us came across as unprofessional, condescending, and made our group feel very uncomfortable. What was especially disappointing was being told to “leave a review” in a tone that felt dismissive. As a longtime customer, I expected much better treatment and professionalism from management. After reading some of the reviews below, I have to question whether some of them are from people personally connected to Chris and intended to offset the negative feedback. Regardless, our experience was our own, and it was not a positive one. I hope ownership or corporate takes this complaint seriously and addresses how customers are treated by management.

My son and I made a visit to this bowling alley and let me tell you I actually enjoyed everything we picked a time when it was least crowded and everything was excellent. We were greeted by Keisha who once we explained this was our first time. She smiled and assisted us in every way from shoe rental to lane placement. Smiles the entire time and never faultered about questions asked or answers. This is what happens when someone does their job properly you enjoy your experience and yes we did. One individual made me want to go back again and the lanes were clean and it was a nice friendly atmosphere. We went on a non busy time because we didn't want to be rushed but I think even if it was busy she'd figure out a way to make our experience memorable. If you haven't been please go I highly recommend this place ( there was one take away that was at the end of my visit the men's bathroom looked very unkept no paper towels the soap dispenser was broken and it basically looked like no one had taken care of it for a few days)
