  My son has been playing spring little league baseball since the tball level, but hockey has been his main sport so he only played fall baseball for 1 season - the rest has been just spring little league. He struggled in spring 2025 little league and saw how his buddies from previous years were getting better, and that they all played travel ball (so lots more coaching and reps between each spring little league season). In an effort to keep up with his peers, he started playing travel baseball in the fall of 2025 (10U AA), which is a bit later than most kids in the area. He had a good tryout and was placed on a team of really good and highly skilled players, but it really stretched my son and he was on the very lower end of his team. Over the fall season, my son's confidence took a nosedive as he realized how far behind he was. We started taking him to see Isaias intermittently in early Jan 2026 with a focus on batting. My son continued to struggle mentally in travel (this past spring they moved up to 10U AAA) and also in little league (but not as bad), and he even talked about quitting after a particularly rough weekend. I reached out to Isaac and Isaias and signed up for the 3-month membership to get him in front of the brothers more regularly. They took the time to talk with him at each lesson, and really helped him mentally. My son made a lot of progress in the month and a half since starting the membership mid-April 2026, and he ended up being 3rd across the board for his little league team in AVG, OBP, OPS, and slugging! With help from Isaias and Isaac, my son's been able to bring some of that confidence over to his travel team and is starting to produce offensively. He's becoming a totally different kid in the batter's box and is loving baseball again. Isaias and Isaac have been so wonderful with my son. They truly care about him, and are very responsive when I send video clips or texts with updates per their requests. During lessons, they get totally pumped when my son executes on something they're working on, and their enthusiasm and their own love for the game really gets my son excited and engaged, too. My son leaves each lesson optimistic and is always happier than when we arrived. In addition to the mental aspect, his mechanics have greatly improved, too - during a recent lesson, another father commented that my son has a "beautiful swing - like, really. He's got such a great swing." He's come a long way thanks to Isaias and Isaac! Our daughter plays softball, and we are excited for her to start lessons with them this summer, too!

  Coach Isaac and Izzy have been working with my 10U travel team on defensive development, and the training has been outstanding. Every session is high-energy, fast-paced, and keeps the players fully engaged from start to finish. They do a great job teaching fundamentals in a way that is both challenging and fun for young players. We’ve already seen improvement in our team’s defensive awareness, communication, and overall confidence on the field. Highly recommend Encourage to Persevere for any youth baseball program looking for effective, high-level training.

  If you want quality baseball training please consider booking a session with Issac. My son came in barely making contact with the ball. Now! Just before spring, he is hitting nothing but frozen ropes. I am so happy! I would give you guys a 100 star review if possible. Thank you!
