I ended up taking the product from the display (which was my size) and purchased the membership as well. Hopefully it’ll be a good experience going forward.

However, this afternoon I took my REI CTY 1.2 bicycle to this REI store (where I bought it) to have some maintenance done and was informed they are no longer doing work on the bicycles they have sold me (or anyone; and yes, I bought more than one bike there). Apparently they don't have the staff, nor any plans to acquire any staff. I assume I don't have to explain why refusing to support what you sell is a bad idea, and pretty much eliminates incentives to shop there. 😢
- XBXeniya BAug 20, 20265.0We purchase a city co-op bike here and while we followed manufacturer’s guidelines for size it ended up being wrong size for me. Mechanic and manager were fantastic. Helped to exchange and fix the issues. I’m a happy customer and will be back. Service was great!
