  Todd was unprofessional processing a return making it an unpleasant experience. I’m concerned that despite me telling him that the equipment was defective and used (soaked in sweat) his intention was simply to return it to the rack. Will just be purchasing gear on Amazon. Much less of a hassle.

  Not the right place to get a bike fixed. Took long time to get it, then the job was so poor that I had to bring it back to another bike shop… which was better and cheaper (thank you bikenetic in Falls Church). Very sad to see that since I had high expectations on Rei.

  REI is a great store! The products they carry are practical and high-quality. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable, and are available to help. If you need anything for the outdoors from climbing to biking to lounging in your backyard - REI is the place to go!
