  Rumble is a decent workout, but a complete waste of money if you actually want to learn boxing. I received very little instruction on proper technique or form and ended up injuring my wrists. What I find ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING is the way they handle billing. I emailed to cancel BEFORE my next payment was due, I still have 8 UNUSED CREDITS that I already paid $160 for, and they are STILL trying to charge me for another full month just to cancel. I was also charged an extra $20 for a class I could not attend. They can CLEARLY SEE I HAVE NOT BEEN THERE IN OVER 30 DAYS, yet instead of showing basic customer service, they keep trying to squeeze more money out of me. The customer service is poor, the cancellation process is ridiculous, and the constant nickel and diming is unacceptable. I would not recommend Rumble. ***UPDATE RESPONSE TO MANAGEMENT*** What stands out most in your response is the complete lack of concern for the actual customer experience. You admit my technique needed enough correction that I was asked to stay after class, yet somehow present that as a defense instead of recognizing that proper form should have been corrected during the workout. And when I later raised concerns, your priority was defending policies, charges, and yourselves rather than asking what went wrong or how it could have been handled better. That is exactly why I consider the instruction and customer service poor. At this point, I’m done engaging, and I still strongly advise others against taking classes here.

  I’ve been going to Rumble on and off since they first opened. Work/life got in the way for a while, but I came back a little over a year ago when I realized it was the only workout I’d ever actually missed. That says everything. The community here is what keeps me coming back. They are genuinely welcoming, no judgment, just people showing up for themselves. It’s the rare workout that challenges you physically and clears your head at the same time. The trainers bring energy every single class and know how to push you without ever making you feel behind. I also love the setup itself - low lights, music turned up, so you feel like part of something bigger but you’re still just focused on you and the bag in front of you. I can’t recommend Rumble enough!

  I attended a free introduction class yesterday. For an introduction class, they jumped into the action pretty quickly without much explanation, which was a little intimidating. But regardless of that, the staff and the instructor were very kind and understanding. I also wanna shout out the lady at the front desk. After explaining my concerns and experience, she went out of her way to contact me today, offering me a slower introduction class. It’s personally not my speed, but I do appreciate the awesome customer service!

  I've been going to Rumble Boxing Ashburn for almost a year and hope to attend for several more! These workouts aren't just great physically—they've significantly boosted my mental health and self-confidence. The instructors are amazing, each bringing their own unique style. I want to specifically shout out Abby for taking the time to answer my questions and share tips to improve my form. Plus, the front desk team is always so friendly amd attentive; it’s a joy to be greeted so warmly every time I walk through the doors. I have also met some really nice people there - such a great community. Rumble is my happy place!

  Rumble is amazing! The classes are fitness classes and the trainers are great about showing you tips, tricks, and techniques! Been going here for about 8 months and I’ve learned a lot!
