  I recently purchased a Trek for my teenage daughter. Thus far, this has been the best experience with customer service. Shot out to Michael for flooding us with information and providing expert assistance and analysis to expertly match the bike that fist her riding style.

  Emir at Trek Bikes in Clarendon is my hero. I had an emergency two tire change needed on my wife's bike before a long road trip and he did them both on the spot. I cannot articulate how happy I was since I was trying to get a bunch of other stuff done at the same time to get on the road. He even did a quick derailleur tune and lubed the chain while I waited. Thanks Emir!!! This is now my go to spot for bike repairs! You're the best! I hope I can pass on the favor some time. Thanks, Craig P.

  Staff could be more attentive and helpful at this location. Went to another Trek store in Alexandria and the difference was phenomenal.

  I bought my bike and a fair amount of gear from this store. Was relatively happy with quality though the prices always seemed pretty steep. However, it’s the maintenance that really drove me insane. First off, it’s quite expensive even for low tier maintenance packages. But what sealed the deal for me changing all my business to a different shop (Velocity and/or Conte, very near by!) was the fact that they stole my cage bottle when I brought my bike in for service. I’d left in on there beforehand, and in return it was gone. I talked to and called multiple staffers, but they were generally flippant and didn’t seem to even look or care. Is this a $10 item? Yes and I’ve replaced it. But there’s a principle to thing. Why bring my bike to a shop that steals from me?

  I just want to say I came in today because my tire was deflated after something got stuck in it. The staff was incredibly helpful. I ended up going to Cantes Bike Shop to get it tuned up since the Trek shop in the Ballston location was permanently closed, and after visiting the Clarendon location, I realized I did regret not going back to Trek sooner! Alex and Nas were so kind and took great care of me. They were honest, professional, and didn’t charge you penny to penny like some other places do. I’ll definitely be coming back to the Clarendon location knowing those two are there. Mike was also great! Susie
