I visited Lucky Strike in Crystal City, VA around 10 PM last night, and the restroom situation was completely unacceptable. The women’s restroom was supposedly closed due to plumbing issues, but female employees were still allowed to use it while female customers were forced to wait in line for the family restroom, which only had one stall.
When I asked the security guard why employees could use the women’s restroom but customers could not, he told me the women’s restroom was closed to customers and that we could use the men’s restroom instead. That is disgusting and inappropriate. Paying female customers should not be told to use the men’s restroom, especially while employees are still being allowed into the women’s restroom.
If the restroom was truly unsafe or unusable, it should have been closed to everyone. If it was usable for employees, management should have found a better solution for customers instead of making women wait for one family restroom or telling them to use the men’s room.
This was handled very poorly, and management seriously needs to address this.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and immediately felt welcomed. The staff were incredibly patient, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. For such a large facility with so much happening at once, I was genuinely impressed by how organized, efficient, and seamless everything felt.
The front desk team was fantastic, but I have to give a special shoutout to our waiter, Lee! 🙌 He was exceptional—patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure our night was a great one. You could tell he wasn’t just doing his job; he actually cared about making sure we had everything we needed and that our experience was as close to perfect as possible.
It’s not easy to keep things running smoothly in a busy place like this, but the entire team absolutely nailed it. Great energy, great service, and a team that clearly works well together.
Lucky Strike definitely knows how to strike up a good time!

Wasnt that expressed with this location paid for two lanes for 9 people for half the game we realized we didnt have enough balls an was missing a person on board went to address an fixed then the screen kept freezing on board an the balls kept getting stuck this caused about 20/30 minute time delay an when game was restored we only received 10 minutes additional on this lane this is unacceptable this was a bday celebration..our game even cut off after 130 minutes and said contact front desk then not good service , I reserved my lanes for issues on both lanes and wasn’t fairly ccompensated dont waste your money ..

This was my first visit to Lucky Strike, and overall it was a very unpleasant experience. I will not be returning.
While the staff members I did interact with were generally nice, they were not very attentive. The seating arrangement was also uncomfortable, as I would have preferred to be seated further away from other guests for more personal space, especially since the venue was not crowded. I understand that may not always be possible, but it would be helpful if guests were asked about seating preferences when space allows.
The rest of the experience did not improve. The bathrooms were poorly maintained, which was very off-putting. The food was also disappointing—the fries were not good and seemed overly greasy, so I barely ate them. Additionally, the lane screen was broken and unresponsive, which made the bowling experience frustrating.

Dress appropriately (long sleeve or a jacket and pants) because it's VERY COLD inside! And I do mean, VERY COLD... It's very pricey to bowl and when the clock strikes 12, they will shut your game off no matter if you're finished or not! Smh The food is outrageously expensive. Eat before you go and drink before you go. Take hand sanitizer with you to clean the bowling balls, they were filthy 😳 (So was the table at the bar) Outside of the facility laid a homeless man on the bench and it reeks of URINE outside!!! It felt so disgusting and ghetto! I wasn't expecting this in VA, especially in Arlington
