One of the best parts was that it wasn’t too crowded, so we didn’t have to wait long and were able to enjoy a relaxed, stress-free experience. The bowling lanes were clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere was fun and welcoming. The music added great energy without being too loud, making it easy to enjoy time with family and friends. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The food and drinks arrived quickly and were a great addition to our bowling night. If you’re looking for a fun place to bowl, enjoy good food, and spend quality time together, Lucky Strike Arlington is definitely worth a visit. Not sure what there algorithm for lanes is but this was horrible. Also parking is not great at this location. Food was good and came out quickly when we just ordered at a table while waiting forever to bowl.

My family went at 4:30pm Thursday, June 18th and the gentleman and lady at the desk completely ignored us even though we were standing next in line and no one else was being helped. He was on landline and she was holding walkie-talkie waiting for a response. After this lasted a few min, I walked up and asked her if they had a lane open so I knew if it was worthwhile to stand there and wait for them to be available. She says she needs to check. Then the man walks up and spends an extended period of time making sure I can pay (explaining pricing and point blank asking me if I have a credit card) before greeting us or anything else. After all that to make sure I can afford to be here, neither one of them can work the register. He has to call someone to come help - so there is another long wait during which time neither associate asks if we want to wait or tells us what is going on, I could just hear him on phone and see the scramble to try to use each register. Since I am intentional how I spend my money, at this point I have fully checked out and left the establishment completely disappointed. My family left here and went to Bowl America Shirley. We had an amazing time bowling with great customer service. *Forgot to include why I brought up melanin, one of my family members has no melanin and while I am at desk waiting without being advised why I am waiting, the gentleman associate turns to my family member and asks him if he can help him!

However, when we got to our lane, we had a Server and he introduced himself which was cool. We placed the order of two shots and a Sprite. We waited 20 minutes for it while it’s not busy on a Monday so I decided to go to the bar and I started ordering from the bartender. Miles and J are cool folks. At the end of the night, I still tipped our Server and proceeded to go on with the night played arcade Games and was having fun until the end of the night where I wanted to close my tab. I stood at the bar to wait for the bartender and both managers that were working there acknowledge (From a distant ) that I was there, but did not do anything to help me. so I confronted, and all the manager was telling me was to hold on hold on hold on because he thought I was coming to him aggressively, now I used to work there and anybody who knows me knows that I’m not aggressive but I did tell him that they were doing a shitty job on a Monday that it wasn’t busy and all I wanted to do was just to make sure my tab was closed But whoever was working Monday night as managers Did not handle the situation properly. It was no I’m sorry you had to wait this long or I’m sorry that this or anything. It was just like hold on hold on hold on you’re coming to me aggressively. Which, after I told him what I had to say and walked out peacefully, but at the end of the day, that’s not how you run a business

Our family visited to celebrate a graduation, taking advantage of the half-price promotion. While we were in the arcade area, the ticket redemption machine broke. Unfortunately, the staff on-site were unable to resolve the issue without management present. Although employees attempted to assist, the machine continued to fail, requiring management intervention multiple times. This process lasted over 20 minutes. Eventually, we were left waiting while the entire management team remained in a meeting and was unavailable to help. The experience was extremely frustrating, especially given the amount of money spent. I hope you will look into your management availability and equipment maintenance to ensure a better experience for future guests
