  I recently got a stationary bike as a gift that was lacking a way to track my miles. Thankfully, the store and staff were super helpful with my unique predicament. They helped me evaluate my options and gave me some great tips on how to install my new Cateye bike computer. I can’t wait to log some miles on the new bike!

  Let’s get this out of the way first: you’re going to spend a decent amount. However, what you get is well worth the cost of entry. I went in to buy two bikes for my kids, ages 6 and 9, and had a fantastic experience. My 6-year-old daughter had only ever ridden a balance bike, but within two minutes of instruction from one of the sales team members, she was riding a pedal bike on her own. What impressed me even more was that the staff wasn’t just trying to sell us the most expensive options. They made several recommendations that actually saved me money while still making sure we got the right bikes for both kids. Great service, knowledgeable staff, and absolutely worth the price.

  I ordered a Marlin 6 through Trek’s website, which was shipped from Alexandria North. After receiving it in New Jersey, I realized the pedals and front skewer were missing. I contacted Alexandria North, and they offered to ship the parts. After having a disappointing experience with a local store near me, I decided to make the four-hour drive to Alexandria North while visiting DC. Jonathan quickly found the parts I needed, and Heider installed them and went over the bike to make sure everything was road-ready. My experience at Alexandria North was absolutely fantastic. The customer service was outstanding and made the long drive completely worth it. I would gladly drive four hours back here instead of going to the store 20 minutes from home. You guys have gained a lifelong, long-distance customer. Thank you for the amazing experience!

  As a recreational biker, Trek Alexandria North has great service that I trust. Jonathan has been our go-to salesperson and he's really invested in getting my family and me the best bikes for our needs (both price and function). He's helped get my young kiddos on two wheels with great tips and even mini in-house training circuits. I really feel that his main priority is that we enjoy our family rides. The staff is highly qualified, responsive, hard-working, and fair. Bikes aren't cheap anywhere, but it's clear that everyone at Trek has a deep passion for the sport (that goes far beyond money) and the company provides a very good product. My family and I love riding our bikes and I would recommend Trek Alexandria (and Jonathan) to anyone with kids looking to start an amazing family experience.
