- CCCierra ChampionMay 8, 20262.0This is usually me & my friends go to spot to bowl but we were highly disappointed after tonight. We purchased unlimited bowling around 9 PM ( so we were good for 4 hours of bowling) and after we finished one game we slowly began to realize our bowling balls began to disappear. We notified the staff and they looked into it. Soon, our lanes light were turned out and a random staff member (short girl with short curly hair) came over to tell us “If the ball doesn’t come back you’re supposed to stop bowling. If a faucet was backed up, you’re supposed to cut it off.” It was extremely condescending & uncalled for. Blaming us because you all have an “old bowling system” (their words not mine) is respectfully none of my concern. There was no accountability nor apology from what I suspect to be the manager (girl with orange locs). It took them almost an hour to offer any solutions, which was plenty of time to no longer want to bowl. They refused to offer a refund of any quantity. Other options given weren’t worth the full value of which we paid & disappointing (we settled on a 1 game coupon that expires in a month…..) . This review is to highlight the poor service & management we encountered. Hopefully it can be improved upon soon.

Once that was done, we went to sit at a table and the manager ( older gentlemen with gray hair that's receded) proceeded to walk over and tell us we couldn't sit at a table as they were reserved for the league. Again no one was around. No one here. We were in there for max an hour just to eat or pizza. The service was horrible.
