  DISGUSTED!!!!!! We called low country for service because a few of my neighbors swore by them.. So I called them. They were in my vicinity today delivering 2 golf carts. It’s 4:40 p.m. When tech arrived. He cannot figure out how to unlock the brakes to pull golf Cart on his flat bed. He said he could jump start battery at his shop and was willing to do that. GREAT!!! He calls the boss (call was on speaker). Boss said “ITS AFTER 5! You have to get out of there!” Then he asked his tech are u with the customer? YEP!!!!!! My husband said YES I’m here, and aren’t you the professional S? Boss man told us we have to have it towed to his shop!” We would have paid the techs overtime!!!!!!

  Recently moved to Bluffton and began my shopping for a golf cart. Once I landed a Low Country I knew this is where I would purchase. I became educated on the the world of golf carts, Eric the owner took the time to explain the many options (gas, electric, 2 seat, 4 seat, golf cart, LSV all of the pluses and minuses. Between the sale person Vince and LJ, there knowledge on state laws, Sun City Rule made me feel well prepared and educated to make a purchase. It was from there I knew I was in right place, the ease of purchase from start to finish!!! Thank you Low Country for making this such a great experience, truly appreciated!!!!

  Very pleased with the service I received, concerning my 2018 Club Car, (Onward). My cart was showing signs of an electrical problem and Jared Goldstein showed a lot of patience in figuring the issue out. I was impressed with his frequent texts to me, keeping me "in the loop" on this issue. They replaced the cart's wiring harness, and I took this opportunity to convert from the original Lead batteries to a Lithium system. My cart was collected for repair and dropped off afterwards to me, on schedule. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful. I plan on using Low Country for my routine maintenance and any needed repairs, that may come along in the future.
