- CWChris WardenOct 7, 20265.0Outspoken is the best bicycle shop in the Columbia area. Their people know the Trek and other brands bicycles they sell and can advise which is best for you. There is no pressure applied. The best part is that they provide free life time tune-ups for bikes you buy from them. When I picked up my new bike, they checked out everything in advanced and were willing to make adjustments on the spot. I bought the Marlin 7 and absolutely love the ride.
- SRSri RaoSep 19, 20265.0In a time when you can buy cheap kids bikes at Walmart, I'm so glad we found this store. I have 4 kids. When my 2 oldest started riding, I bought them the assembled bikes from Walmart. We ended up having to buy new bikes at least once a year. And this was just regular kids wear and tear. Those cheap bikes can not be fixed...cheap Chinese parts and lowest bidder for Walmart. For my 2 youngest, we found Outspokin.....and I am SO glad we did. The kids bikes are a little more but in expert assembly, service and regular free maintenance, it is well worth it!! They are made overseas but the parts are of higher quality. Get your kids off their tablets and video games and get them a GOOD QUALITY bike from Outspokin. Thank you Chris!!
- OAObtuse AnglerSep 11, 20265.0I cannot express the level of gratitude that I have for the Outspokin' Team. I had a bearing failure on my bike trailer and they got me back on the road quickly. They also helped me with what appeared to be a derailer issue, that turned out to be a bent frame. James was amazing and I appreciate the wisdom and guidance that I received. They even referred me to another Bike shop that is further along on my cross Carolina journey. God Bless Team Outspokin'!

- CJCaleb JonesAug 9, 20265.0I bought the Trek Roscoe 7 Gen 4 from this store and I absolutely love it! It handles the trails at Harbison State Forest very well. It's the perfect bike for me!🙌🏾🔥🤎
