- PRPrice is always Right2 days ago1.0Overall very disappointed in this course. Was expecting to play a premium course and it was far from it. The greens are in horrible shape. Incredibly slow, bumpy with lots of repair spots and sand. Staff is great, scenery is nice, but this course is way overpriced for the condition it is in.
- AJAndrea Janisch4 days ago2.0Save your money and go elsewhere. These greens are extremely disappointing. I understand that weather may dictate their ability to cut/roll but this was far beyond that. Photos attached speak for themselves. This wasn’t just one or two holes. They were almost all awful.
- SRSarah Relihan6 days ago3.0Very disappointed in the condition of the greens. Many of them were diseased and dying. They were very slow, cups were old. For 250$ a round there should not be a single green in a condition that bad. Aside from that a nice course and fun to play, but the condition of the greens detracted greatly from the experience.
- TKTom KelloggOct 7, 20263.0This is a great layout, with some challenging holes and plenty of water to negotiate. Been playing here for many years... My problem with this course and all others on HHI is that they are way overpriced. Paying $250 - 600 to play a round of golf? Really? These courses are not worth that kind of money! Gotta wonder when the cost of a vacation there will catch up to them...
- RBRadim BlazejSep 29, 20265.0It is little misnomer to call it oceanfront course. None of the golf courses on Hilton Head are long the ocean, unlike scotland, Ireland or west coast. Even on the 'signature' hole, you will not see the ocean over the dunes. Said that this was nice course, very playable with some water hazards sprinkled in for fun.
