  ★★★★★ AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Grant and his mother were soo helpful from start to finish. They made setup easy, showed bikes to our kids and got them genuinely excited to ride. They even shared some pizza with us — can’t say they do that for everyone, but it was such a kind gesture and a true blessing on our trip. Highly recommend Peddling Pelican for anyone looking for friendly service and a great family experience.

  Great experience with peddling pelican bike rentals. We walked up and rented right away, we were on the bike in about 15 minutes. This was our first time running from pelican, but actually it really liked the location as we didn't have to bike as far to get to harbor Town and salty dog. We rented five adult bikes, two buggies and a tandem. All were in good working condition and the buggies were especially clean. She even gave us a discount as we were Marriott club owners.

  This woman who works here is one of the most rude, condescending people I've ever encountered. She spoke down to me and my family and it was clear the other staff members have been in an argument with her. They were outwardly bashing her as soon as she walked away. Honestly, I see why. She is horrible.

  Best bike rental shop on Hilton Head! Bikes were in great condition, the prices were good, but what made me leave the review was the fantastic customer service.
