  From other reviews I'm sure PP is great...however, we could never get anyone to answer the phone no matter what time we called & their voicemail was full so couldn't leave a message - could only pay to leave an SMS message - twice - and still no call back. Went with the tried & true Sea Pines Resort Bike Shop - they answer.

  ★★★★★ AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Grant and his mother were soo helpful from start to finish. They made setup easy, showed bikes to our kids and got them genuinely excited to ride. They even shared some pizza with us — can’t say they do that for everyone, but it was such a kind gesture and a true blessing on our trip. Highly recommend Peddling Pelican for anyone looking for friendly service and a great family experience.

  Great experience with peddling pelican bike rentals. We walked up and rented right away, we were on the bike in about 15 minutes. This was our first time running from pelican, but actually it really liked the location as we didn't have to bike as far to get to harbor Town and salty dog. We rented five adult bikes, two buggies and a tandem. All were in good working condition and the buggies were especially clean. She even gave us a discount as we were Marriott club owners.

  We went to Hilton head for Labor Day weekend. I made reservations at sea pines for bikes but it didn’t go through (i take responsibility as user error). We went over there to see if we could get bikes in person (because no one was answering the phone). The manager was so rude and angry. I get Covid has caused issues, but we’re all dealing with it dude. He was kind enough to recommend pelican though! I called pelican and not only did they answer the phone, the lady who I spoke with was so sweet and accommodating. They were able to get us bikes immediately and even offered pick up (with no minimum rental length). They were just as nice in person. Got us in and out in a timely manner (even with a long line of customers). The prices were better than sea pines too! Based on my experience with them, this is who I will be renting from in the future. Don’t waste time or money anywhere else. Happy customer!
