- MGMiss GJun 19, 20264.0A lot of full timers live there and there is a good sense of community, it can feel like home. The lake is beautiful but full of alligators. They have amenities of a pool, laundry mat, washrooms and trash pickup throughout the day. However the washers and dryers are always broken and only one or two will be available. The gate seems to always be broken. New management has done a good job trying to spruce up the place. You can get packages and mail delivered there which is very helpful.

- B2BGP 213Jun 3, 20263.0Some sites are very steep entry or exit. Where I had to park at our first site to be in reach of sewer place my truck at such a steep angle I could not unhitch. They did move me to a flatter site. Also bath house needs som TLC.
