  We came in to grab ny husband a pair of On Cloud tennis shoes PJ that helped us was the most friendly person I've seen in a long time. He has the best vibe and I ❤️ it.

  This Greenville REI is the BEST. I had purchased something at the Asheville store and never even used it and noticed something broke on it, never used. The manager there would not take it back and tried to make me think it was my fault. The minute I called Greenville (because they were closer), the first thing Amanda (I think that’s her name), the manager said was, we’re going to care of that for you. She had parts to help me and was so kind. I will only ever shop at this location. I have been to many REIs, I lived in Colorado for 13 years, and this was one of the best experiences. I am beyond grateful for people doing business this way and being kind in an increasingly difficult world. Thank you so much!

  If you're black, be prepared to be followed around the store. Sadly, by the Asian fellow who thinks he's being slick. Everyone else was chill, although there was no greetings or offers for help.

  I want to sincerely thank Ryan Bull from the bike shop. His outstanding customer service is rare to find, especially these days. The best way I can describe it is that he didn't treat me like another customer; he made me feel like a friend. He truly embodies the spirit of southern hospitality. Ryan, thank you very much. You are a rare blend of knowledge and patience!
