  I recently decided to change my bike pedals for aesthetic reasons, and let’s just say, it didn’t quite go as planned! My partner and I quickly realized we might need some professional help. Thankfully, we took my bike to Chuck at Outspokin. He not only replaced the pedals in what felt like just 2.5 seconds but also took the time to show and explain how to do it myself. Chuck is such a kind and easy-going guy, making the whole experience enjoyable and informative. His expertise not only saved my DIY ambitions but also gave me peace of mind knowing that my bike was in great hands. I’m so impressed with the service that I’ll be bringing my sister’s bike in next; she needs new tire tubes, and I know Chuck will take care of it!
