  Back in July, I was helped by Evan on a Sunday afternoon at the Devine street location. I was in need of the correct spin shoes as I'd recently started attending spin class regularly. He was very kind, friendly, informative and extremely patient with me. After trying on every brand of shoe in my size, I purchased the Trek brand, and he kindly adjusted the bottoms for me to ride that Tuesday. The shoes have enhanced my ride, and I've referred other ladies to Outspokin Bicycles. To Evan, Thank you for your time, patience and knowledge. To Leah, thank you for the great conversation!   If you are an experienced cyclist or thinking taking up cycling, forget the internet! This is the only place to come for your needs. I have never been disappointed by the staff or service at this location. Today, I needed to get my bike fit updated from 4 years ago when I first purchased my Trek Domane. They offer lifetime adjustments on bikes purchased in the store. I have taken advantage of that before when I had a small problem with fork on the bike. Today, Brian made some adjustments to my cleat and saddle positions based on the medical issues I have now and no charge again. All the staff here are very knowledgeable about all things bicycling and will get you on the road/trail or back on the road./trail in a friendly environment. Check them out and don't waste your time with the internet!

  Visited this store on Sunday 10/04/2026 to purchase a bicycle for myself. Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted by a young lady in sales I told her that I was looking for the Trek Verne 3 SO in a medium frame that they were showing in stock online. After looking at the bike it seemed big so I wanted to see it in a medium frame which they had in the Trek Verne 2 when I inquired as to the difference she went for assistance, a younger man came from the back and commented "I was just enjoying my sub" (it's 12:30 pm if he should have eaten his lunch prior to opening at 12:00) then this guy wanted to argue and correct me as to the differences from the 2 - 3. then attempted to show and switch me to a bike that I really didn't want, now I'm not sure what I want to buy. So now I ask about the all carbon bike only to be shown a bike with carbon forks. All while the young lady was trying to get information from my wife to enter into the system to close out the sale. When I decided to move forward with the Trek Verne 3 SO in medium I noticed it had the wrong hand grips on it so I said to the young man that if he put the correct grips that were supposed to be on it I would buy this one. ($1000.00) I proceeded to inform the sales girl that I also wanted a Kuat bike rack ($500.00) and ask her where in the store they were, She pointed to the back corner, my wife and I walked over to the bike racks after a few minutes and the sales girl sitting at the cash register waiting for my order my wife and I walked out. When we passed her she ask "what you don't want the bike" I have to tell you that if the sales experience is that bad I can just imagine what the service side would be. I went to REI CO-OP after we left there and spent over $2,000.00 and discovered a whole new level of salesmanship that these folks at Outspoken could learn from. Everybody in that store on Sunday should be terminated. They have no business in the people business.

  I had an excellent experience with Outspoken Bicycle Shop. I’ve owned gravel and road bikes before, but this was my first mountain bike, and their knowledge and insight gave me the confidence to go with a Trek Roscoe 7 Gen 4. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and never made me feel pressured. When I later had an issue with my rear wheel, they worked with Trek to get me an upgraded rear hub and tire and had everything installed in less than a week at no cost to me. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a shop that genuinely stands behind its customers. Highly recommend Outspoken Bicycle Shop!

  The team at Outspoken was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding customer service! I needed an inner tube replaced, and Jason helped me quickly and efficiently, getting me back on the road in no time. 😊 While we were there, my husband and I also looked at a few other bikes. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, providing clear information about the different bike types and their fit test for anyone considering a new purchase. Even though Outspoken is a bit of a drive for us, the excellent service and expertise made it well worth the trip. I highly recommend them and will definitely return for all of our future bike needs! 🚲❤️
