  Courses in very good shape and the food at the clubhouse was very good as well. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

  been golfing for damn near my whole life and this the worst place I’ve ever played. Courses are in terrible condition and the greens run faster than henry Ruggs in downtown Vegas. Cart paths look like they were paved by blind people and the carts feel like they’ve been through the Great Depression. there was only two stops you could make for water on the course and both were empty. Get your shit together you guys can’t even compete with the local mini golf courses

  Played at course today and had an incredible round. The foliage was lovely and saw some incredible nature including black foxes, gators and wild turkeys. Appreciated the challenging holes as well as how friendly all the staff were -will definitely be going back 👍🏼

  As a local of Bluffton for nearly 12 years, this is my favorite public course. The staff are always brilliant, and most importantly they don’t try and price gouge, despite having one of the most challenging layouts in the county. I could play here every week without ever getting bored of it. I also think a really important factor is the value for money. Also, as well as Norm the Scottish gentleman who is a brilliant starter… They have recently hired Sean from Palmetto dunes who has instantly added value. His lessons are second to none and he’s the kind of instructor. You are happy to give your hard earned money to.

  The course isn't the same as it was this winter and early spring. The fairways are beautiful and the greens are the best part of this course and all the Poa Annua you may have heard existed is gone due to the meticulous care Metropolitan has put into this property. You can see the work as there are 3 greens that they're working on but it doesn't affect your round as the sections are marked under repair. The staff is pleasant and a joy to be around. Gary and Jeff inside are amazing to members and guests alike. As far as instruction goes, I use Sean and he has taken me from a 23hcp to a 14.4 in less than 6 months. Not only is he effective, but like the rest of the staff, he's friendly and easy to be around. Membership here is a no brainer. I'm a member and I consider it one of the best decisions I've made in golf. Easily worth the $430 a month. Can't recommend enough.
