  Great problem solving and customer service. The Trek I brought in for an issue I purchased new in 1992 and I likely have over 150,000 miles on it. This shop has been able to find a fix for any of the issues I've had. Trek is a Great bike and if this shop can keep it going I have another 100,000 miles to go, not bad for 75. A special thank you to Phoebe for quickly solving my issue.

  Big fan of this store. I purchased a gravel bike in June, had a hundred questions, and received a hundred helpful answers from the associate. I’ll admit that I’m not mechanically minded and needed some adjustments made to the bike. I called the store on a weekend and expected to hear, “You need to make an appointment,” but was pleasantly surprised to be told, “Come by anytime with the bike.” Needless to say, the adjustments were made and, once again, my numerous noob questions were answered. As someone who’s pretty new to gravel riding, I really appreciated how willing they were to answer all my questions without ever making me feel like I was bothering them. Highly recommend Trek Warwick if you’re in the market for a bicycle and a store that stands by its products and takes care of its customers.

  Super friendly and welcoming staff! I recently needed a different sized nut to properly fit the brake on my new fork. The Trek staff were very accommodating and were happy to help me figure it out, and the fix was so quick they said it was on the house! Saved me from having to spend extra on my build and wait a few weeks for the part to be shipped had I ordered it online. Cant beat that top notch service!
