  Very friendly and helpful staff. I had described a small issue that happened while on a morning ride and the first thing I was asked was if I was ok. Very thoughtful. They explained the fix needed and when I picked my bike up they went over everything and was a great price for peace of mind that it would get done right. I'll be going back when I need servicing or maintenance from now on.

  I just purchased a new bike after a long hiatus. Phoebe handled all of my questions (there were a lot) with ease and expertise. They also helped get me on a bike that fit my needs and didn't just push me to get the most expensive option.

  Mike has helped me do multiple upgrades to my older mountain bike. He and all your staff have been very helpful and worked to explain what would be done and to try and keep costs where I needed them to be be by giving me options. Overall experience is great. I highly recommend using this TREK site!

  Phoebe was extremely helpful in helping me pick my perfect bike! The Trek website was informative but left me with a lot of questions. I walked in and she acknowledged me right away even though she was with customers over at service. The bike is peak craftsmanship but I don’t think I would have picked “the one” without Phoebe’s guidance. I love my FX Sport SL 5!!
