  I stopped by SURPLUS Provisions & Firearms today with a few questions about some rifles I was interested in, and the staff went above and beyond to help. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions respectfully without making me feel rushed. I ended up picking up a few Magpul accessories, and the whole experience was excellent. Great customer service, great selection, and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time for my next rifle. Highly recommend!

  I just want to give credit where credit is due. For an unknown reason i was unable to make a purchase regarding a firearm i had contacted surplus about. I was pretty disappointed and thought I was out of luck. However after contacting them about it later in the day Tonya apologized extensively and told me to come back to the store and finalize the purchase. She even took a small amount off the purchase due to the hassle on my end. I will say because of her top notch customer service i will be back because you can tell she cares about her customers and keeping them for life. Thanks Surplus!

  Called today to ask about ARs , If they have any in stock and their price because Rhode Island Is instituting a gun ban. The employee confirmed they did, so I politely asked what models they had and the general price range. I was told, “I have a line out the door, you can’t shop over the phone.” I understand being busy and helping customers in the store first, but the response came across as rude and unhelpful. I wasn’t asking for an extensive consultation, just basic information before making the drive. A little customer service and professionalism would have gone a long way. Hopefully this was just a bad day, but my experience over the phone was disappointing.

  I love this place! The staff is very nice and helpful. The store is clean has a great selection of survival gear among many many other things. They have great prices and a great variety. I always look forward to shopping here!!!! 5 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

  Make this your one stop shop for all things pew related. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in quite some time today. Their knowledgeable staff was incredibly helpful and friendly and seemed as if there was no length they wouldn't go for you to be happy before you leave. Stop in and check them out!!
