  Outstanding Customer Service at Dive On It Scuba – Cumberland, RI Allison, the owner of Dive On It Scuba, is absolutely fantastic. As an active diver herself, she truly understands what it takes for you to become a safe and confident diver, while still making it fun. Why I highly recommend them: 🤿 Expert Knowledge: She’s incredibly knowledgeable about gear, exposure protection, and equipment customization. She takes the time to make sure you’re properly set up and comfortable, rather than just making a sale. 📚 Extensive Training Programs: They offer a wide range of training that goes far beyond the basics. Whether you’re new to diving or advancing your certifications, they have the depth of curriculum to help you truly master the skills. 🗣️ Personable Service: On top of her expertise, she’s genuinely personable and easy to talk to. She makes the entire process feel like a conversation with a peer. 🌊 Total Flexibility: I needed help finishing up a few certifications, and Allison put together a program that allowed me to wrap up some loose ends while working around my busy schedule. ✅ The Team: I’ve personally dove with five members of her team—some for fun dives and others for training—and every single one was patient, knowledgeable, and welcoming. There are only a handful of dive shops I would confidently recommend, and Dive On It Scuba is right at the top of that list. It’s clear that Allison and her staff care about the long-term success of their divers, not just checking off the boxes. Highly recommend.
