- JEJoe Bunovsky (J&S Entertainment)6 days ago5.0I love this store and the brands they carry. The manager (who's name is escaping me at the moment) is always super helpful as he was yesterday. Great selection. They didn't have a size I needed and he took the time to find it online, write down the info I needed to order it online and have it shipped.
- THTim HavensSep 28, 20265.0All REIs are basically the same. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a good selection of sizes.
- BWB WSep 20, 20261.0Closing at 6pm on a Sunday is ridiculous, why even be open on Sunday? Over priced for options available
- MBMichael BowieSep 17, 20265.0Excellent hiking and camping store
- BSBarb SmithSep 5, 20265.0Recently I returned to this store to exchange a pair of shoes I had purchased that were just not working for me. I found them extremely uncomfortable and they were expensive so as a co-op member I found I could return them for up to one year after purchase. The woman at the counter couldn’t have been more gracious. I asked if I might look at possible shoe options while I was there and do an exchange and she encouraged me to do so. I went to the second level where the shoes and hiking boots are displayed and this is where I found the most helpful, knowledgeable gentleman to assist me. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he is very tall with glasses and has worked there for a long time. I explained that I had had several foot surgeries and required something that would offer both cushioning and support for my repaired appendage and he provided me with three options as well as a supportive insole with a heel cup that would offer added stability. This man was patient, kind, intelligent and very gracious. I ended up making the exchange after trying on all three pair of shoes and found the customer service exceptional in every respect. This is an extraordinary quality for a retail establishment in today’s world and I am beyond grateful. Kudos to these employees and to a store that takes pride not only in its products but in its service! Well done!
