  I’ve rented skis/boots/poles here for no more than $160 for the winter season the last 2 years in a row. I rented around February the last 2 years and all of a sudden, I needed skis ONLY this time around as opposed to the full set deal so I was told I’d be discounted by a young gentleman on the phone prior to going. I was told two different totals upon arrival and checkout. I don’t like coming here when teenagers are in charge because they usually never know what they are doing and have really poor manners. I usually will come back when the owner is around who’s really knowledgeable and super helpful. So disappointed as I was told 90 for the skis for the rest of the winter season and then the girl who rung me up said “so your total is 250” which was misleading. I had to tell her never mind I no longer want to rent as I have never paid more than 160 for rentals the past 2 years and that’s for the full bundle? How is it skis only are more than the full bundle? She told me that the skis are brand new and that no more used rentals are available so she put a charge on brand new skis hence the price hike. So disappointed that I’ll have to rent at the ski resort the rest of the season as this was my go to local spot.

  Fantastic place! I have been going here for several years to buy/service my kids ski & lax gear and always find the staff knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Their prices are also very reasonable. After having several bad experiences elsewhere, this is the only place I'll take our family's skis to be serviced. I've also recommended Sports Barn to family & friends and they have had very positive experiences as well. Highly recommend!
